Appellate Practice

The Sirote appellate practice is experienced in all aspects of the appellate process, from drafting briefs and motions to oral argument, in all Alabama and federal appellate courts, including the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals, the Alabama Supreme Court, the Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.

Our attorneys also handle appeals from federal Bankruptcy Courts to federal District Courts and, if necessary, beyond. We are also experienced in appeals from the various administrative boards and agencies in this state.
