Attorneys draft and negotiate a wide variety of contracts including construction, computer software, employment, and contracts for lease, acquisition or disposition of equipment or real estate. They often draft and negotiate franchise, distribution and service agreements and documents relating to the organization, purchase or sale of assets of business entities. The firm assists clients in obtaining, registering and enforcing trademarks and copyrights and counsels them on how best to protect their intellectual property. Sirote & Permutt attorneys are experienced at representing businesses before municipal, county, state and federal authorities, licensing boards and regulatory agencies.
