Dan Burnick Serves as Panel Member for UAB AMA

Sirote & Permutt attorney Daniel J. Burnick recently served as a panel member for the UAB American Marketing Association. The topic of the panel discussion was social media.

At Sirote, Mr. Burnick represents businesses and business owners in labor and employment matters, as well as insurance claims. He defends clients in matters ranging from complex workforce issues to employee management. Mr. Burnick has successfully litigated trials in both state and federal courts, such as workers’ compensation cases and class actions. He is authorized to practice before the Supreme Court of Alabama; the 5th, 6th and 11th Circuit Courts of Appeal; and US District Courts.
