Chambers USA Selects Five Sirote Attorneys for its 2012 List

The law firm of Sirote & Permutt, PC is pleased to announce that five attorneys have been selected for inclusion in the 2012 edition of Chambers USA as leaders in their fields of practice.

Individual Sirote attorneys recognized are:

Steven A. Brickman for Real Estate Law. Mr. Brickman focuses his practice on representing clients in all phases of commercial real estate development, including land acquisition, financing, leasing and planning. He also handles the acquisition and sale of businesses.

Sirote CEO John H. Cooper for Corporate/Commercial Law. Mr. Cooper advises businesses on topics, including the planning, structuring and negotiating of mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, purchases and sales of businesses and raising capital through issuance of debt and equity securities.

Jerry E. Held for Real Estate Law. Mr. Held chairs the Mortgage Banking Practice Group and represents national mortgage lenders, servicers, and government agencies in mortgage banking law, real estate litigation, default servicing, and title insurance law.

Adam J. Sigman for Real Estate Law. Mr. Sigman focuses his practice in real estate and project finance, representing real estate developers and investors in connection with retail, office, industrial/warehouse, hotel, residential subdivision, multi-family and condominium projects, as well as mixed use projects.

Bradley J. Sklar for Corporate/Commercial Law. Mr. Sklar’s practice focuses on business and tax planning issues at both the state and local level, particularly for closely held and family owned businesses. He counsels clients in tax and business planning, succession planning and entity formation.
