Foreclosure Law
Sirote’s foreclosure attorneys have engaged themselves in the mortgage banking industry for numerous years. We understand the individual needs and expectations of mortgage servicers, thereby helping our financial clients navigate Alabama’s foreclosure laws.
Our attorneys skillfully manage the most complex real estate and title issues, working with our clients to handle foreclosures in a timely, responsive manner. With 30 mortgage banking attorneys, including 15 mortgage litigators and more than 175 support personnel, Sirote competently represents mortgage servicers’ default needs in Alabama. This includes completing foreclosures, issuing title commitments, and managing litigation matters evolving from our mortgage banking practice.
Sirote's Mortgage Banking Group has a statewide foreclosure practice in every county of Alabama, and this practice area provides legal services for most all of the major lenders and servicers across the country. We aim to provide proactive, efficient, and timely service on every foreclosure referral. This minimizes the potential loss to the servicer that may arise from the liquidation of real estate assets. To further reduce our clients’ carrying costs, Sirote features the cradle-to-grave process.
We pride ourselves in offering mortgage servicers the confident hand of experienced counsel.
