Kerry McInerney named as "Top 40 Under 40"

Kerry McInerney was chosen as one of Birmingham Business Journal’s “Top 40 Under 40,” an award that recognizes 40 outstanding Birmingham professionals under age 40.

At Sirote, Kerry represents businesses in civil litigation, including lender liability cases with a particular emphasis in class action lawsuits and complex civil litigation. As co-chair of the Mortgage Litigation Group, Kerry defends servicers against claims of consumer fraud and statutory violations of consumer lending, consumer finance and wrongful foreclosures.
