At Sirote, Adam focuses his practice in real estate and project finance, representing real estate developers and investors in connection with retail, office, industrial/warehouse, hotel, residential subdivision, multi-family and condominium projects, as well as mixed use projects. He also counsels real estate clients in their general corporate, business planning and tax planning matters.
