For more than 30 years, Lee has focused on defense and prosecution of law suits in state and federal courts, including defending all types of class action law suits for businesses and business owners who have been sued or wronged. In his practice Lee defends lender liability claims, including claims under FCRA, FDCPA, RESPA, fraud, negligence, wrongful foreclosure, breach of contract and arbitration of claims.
