Charlie concentrates his practice in civil litigation, environmental litigation and appellate advocacy. He represents businesses in state and federal court, handling breach of contract, fraud, trade-secret and non-compete claims. Charlie represents businesses seeking to comply with environmental laws, defending them in court and agency hearings. He regularly negotiates with ADEM, EPA and other agencies. He handles appeals before all state appellate courts and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
