Chris represents clients in all areas of civil, business and commercial litigation, as well as business and consumer fraud claims. Chris frequently represents clients in matters involving trade secrets and the enforcement of restrictive covenants. He also has extensive background defending toxic tort claims and products liability claims involving asbestos, industrial equipment, automobiles, electronics and software, as well as pharmaceutical and medical devices. Chris also counsels clients regarding shareholder disputes, liability for corporate directors and officers, contract disputes, real estate disputes, premises liability issues and day to day business matters. |
