Cynthia is a member of the Health Care Counseling practice at Sirote. She advises clients in the areas of health care law, corporate compliance, administrative law and business law.

  • Advises numerous physicians, physician groups, and health care organizations on matters involving regulatory issues, formation and operations
  • Additional areas of practice include Stark Compliance, Fraud and Abuse Issues, and State and Federal regulatory compliance, development and implementation of Corporate Compliance Programs, reimbursement and billing issues with both government and private third party payors, mergers and acquisitions, and administrative agency proceedings including medical licensure issues, claims review and Certificate of Need.
