Dan represents businesses and business owners in labor and employment matters, as well as insurance claims. He defends clients in matters ranging from complex workforce issues to employee management. Dan has successfully litigated trials in both state and federal courts, such as workers’ compensation cases and class actions. He is authorized to practice before the Supreme Court of Alabama; the 5th, 6th and 11th Circuit Courts of Appeal; and US District Courts. Dan is the publisher of alabamaemploymentlawblog.com. In February 2011, Dan received a winning defense verdict from a jury in the Northern District of Alabama on behalf of an Employer charged with Pregnancy Discrimination by the EEOC.
