Dave represents employers, insurers and state agencies in employment law and civil litigation. He counsels clients and defends them against employment lawsuits, wage and hour claims, workers' compensation claims and non-competition/solicitation cases. He tries cases for employers in matters of identity theft, data protection and privacy including FACTA, FCRA, GLBA, and E-Government Act of 2002. Additionally, Dave handles Expedited Commercial and Customer Account arbitrations for the American Arbitration Association.
