Enslen's practice focuses on the representation of numerous national, regional and local mortgage lenders and servicers as well as other types of secured creditors in consumer bankruptcy cases. Enslen advises clients on the most cost-effective and expeditious strategies available to resolve issues before and after a debtor files for bankruptcy as well as the potential impact of bankruptcy law on day to day business transactions. She represents clients in United States Bankruptcy Court throughout the state.
