The focus of Jack’s practice is in the civil litigation area, featuring commercial disputes, family law and domestic relations, business and corporate litigation, will contests and mediation. He practices in both Federal and State Courts and has handled appeals before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, the Supreme Court of Alabama and the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals.

  • Lead counsel in many complex litigation cases involving claims of breach of contract, fraud, contest of wills, warranty claims and minority shareholder oppression claims 
  • Assists medical groups in disputes with physicians or patients; court appearances by physicians and the production of medical records
