Jim is a member of the Business and Financial Services Practice Group. Jim represents banks and other lenders in connection with all types of lending and workout activities, including commercial and industrial loans and real estate loans. Jim represents developers and owners of multi-family, industrial and other commercial real estate in the acquisition, sale, leasing and financing of such properties. Jim serves as general counsel to various businesses and companies, advising the clients on a broad range of business issues and coordinating delivery to them of our firm’s legal services.
