Jeff practices in the area of general civil litigation. He represents corporate clients in complex commercial litigation involving contract disputes, misappropriation of trade secrets and proprietary information, and violation of non-competition agreements. Jeff also represents public entities and officials in employment related litigation and in civil rights matters. He tries cases in state and federal courts.
