Jeff's practice consists of representing both local and national lenders in the REO resale of foreclosed residential and commercial properties throughout Alabama. Jeff served on a special task force that rewrote Alabama's manufactured house titling law that was passed in the 2009 regular legislative session and signed into law by Governor Riley. He hosts an annual statewide seminar before Alabama realtors on issues which pertain to the default industry.
