Jerry chairs the Mortgage Banking Practice Group and represents national mortgage lenders, servicers, and government agencies in mortgage banking law, real estate litigation, default servicing, and title insurance law. He is a frequent speaker at nationwide industry conferences, and he hosts seminars and training sessions at client offices across the country. Jerry served on the Board of Directors for the USFN from 2005-10, the nation’s largest nonprofit association of mortgage banking attorneys and trustees.
