John serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the firm. He advises businesses on topics, including the planning, structuring and negotiating of mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, purchases and sales of businesses and raising capital through issuance of debt and equity securities. He serves as an Adjunct Professor of Advanced Corporate Tax at the University of Alabama School of Law.
