As a member of the Business and Finance Group, Julie’s practice focuses primarily on representing lenders in real estate transactions involving the financing of the acquisition and/or development of commercial properties to be used as office or retail space or which will be owner occupied. Julie’s practice also includes the representation of lenders in financing working capital needs for borrowers and in SBA lending transactions.
