Marcus' practice consists of general business and commercial litigation matters. Specifically, he represents life, health, disability and long term care insurance companies in bad faith and ERISA related issues, in addition to representing a variety of lenders in mortgage banking related matters. Marcus also has indepth experience litigating shareholder derivative claims from both the perspective of the corporation and the shareholder - having recently received dismissal all claims for a banking institution on one hand and on the other, a favorable settlement for minority shareholder.
