Mary Blanche's practice covers all aspects of litigation, but is primarily focused on representation of the mortgage banking industry. She defends mortgagees and servicers in all types of consumer fraud, predatory, and statutory violation claims including claims premised on the TILA, FCRA, FDCPA and RESPA. Mary Blanche tries cases in state and federal courts.
