Since joining the firm in 2004, Matt’s practice has focused on a wide range of substantive areas. He has represented clients in alternative dispute resolution forums and litigated cases involving, among other things, complex commercial issues and business torts; constitutional and civil rights matters; intellectual property matters; corporate, securities, and shareholder derivative matters; employment matters; and government contract matters. Matt is regularly engaged post-trial or judgment for appellate purposes, not only for clients whom the firm represented at trial, but also for clients who engage him specifically for his appellate advocacy.
