Robin is experienced in the areas of mortgage banking, creditors' rights, bankruptcy and white collar criminal defense matters. She has assisted in representing individuals facing grand jury investigations, law enforcement investigations and state capital offenses. Notably, Robin represented a defendant in a widely publicized public corruption case arising from the Jefferson County Sewer Litigation. In addition to her white collar practice, she regularly represents businesses in civil litigation, including lender liability cases with a particular emphasis in lender liability in bankruptcy and class action law suits. In February 2011, Robin received a winning defense verdict from a jury in the Northern District of Alabama on behalf of an Employer charged with Pregnancy Discrimination by the EEOC. |
