Roderic represents clients in employment disputes, general and government contracts, and tort cases. He handles also intellectual property matters, such as patent, trademark and copyright infringement. Additionally, he represents businesses in corporate issues including breach of fiduciary duty, governance and misappropriation of corporate assets. Roderic tries cases in state and federal courts. He engages in alternative dispute resolution through both arbitration and mediation.
