Susannah's practice focuses on representing secured creditors, including national, regional and local mortgage lenders in addition to other secured creditors and servicers in consumer bankruptcy cases. Susannah files motions for relief, proofs of claims, and objections to confirmation. She also attends hearing on matters in bankruptcy court and prepares orders resolving such matters. Susannah advises clients regarding day to day compliance with bankruptcy law and when collection activity is permissible once a debtor has filed for bankruptcy.
