Julian’s practice focuses primarily on business and civil trial matters. He has participated as lead and support trial counsel in employment discrimination and other labor cases defending against claims of discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, breach of collective bargaining, and unpaid wages and overtime. Julian also has participated as counsel in defense of suits against government institutions, business corporations and individuals, and as lead counsel in defense of workman’s compensation cases and for warranty and product liability cases for corporate clients.
