Tom serves as Chair of Sirote’s Appellate Practice Group where he leads the group in all aspects of the appellate process, from drafting briefs and motions to oral arguments, in all Alabama and federal appellate courts, including the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals, the Alabama Supreme Court, the Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. He also utilizes his special training as a mediator/arbitrator in Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) cases.
