Travis practices in the area of general civil litigation. He represents businesses and individuals in complex litigation, involving contract disputes, labor and employment issues, and personnel issues. He represents banks and individuals in civil litigation in bankruptcy court with an emphasis on creditor rights. Travis also represents public entities and officials in a variety of litigation matters, involving employment litigation, civil rights matters, election law, and personnel issues. Travis represents individuals that have been personally injured in car accidents. Travis has an appellate practice, specifically, before the Supreme Court of Alabama and the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals. Travis also litigates DUI defense cases. He tries cases in state courts, federal courts, and bankruptcy courts. |
