Jeff practices in the area of litigation and employment law. He represents clients in all forms of civil and corporate litigation. He also advises clients on possible discriminatory effects of proposed employment actions, wage and hour issues, and FMLA and ADA issues, and he drafts employment policies, handbooks, and agreements for employers. Jeff defends clients against claims under Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FLSA, Equal Pay Act, FMLA, USERRA, WARN Act, Title IX, Section 1981, Section 1983, and other employment laws. He also represents public educational institutions in Fair Dismissal Act disciplinary proceedings. |
