Meaghan’s practice covers a wide range of general litigation matters, including business disputes and non-competition issues. She is also experienced in representing members of the mortgage banking industry and assists clients with various mortgage and title issues. Meaghan defends mortgagees and mortgage servicers from a variety of claims, including wrongful foreclosure, predatory lending, and TILA, FCRA, FDCPA, and RESPA violations. In addition, Meaghan frequently writes on current legal developments in the mortgage banking industry.
