Brad’s practice focuses on business and tax planning issues at both the state and local level. He works closely with business entities on state and local tax matters including incentive opportunities. He counsels clients in tax and business planning, succession planning and entity formation. He represents Limited Liability Companies, S Corporations and other flow-through entities, and handles M&As, purchases and sales of businesses, and healthcare law (representing physician practices). Brad drafts state legislation in the entity and tax arenas.
