Sirote Shareholder Jeff Underwood was instrumental in crafting Alabama legislation that was recently signed into law by Governor Bob Riley. Underwood participated in the signing ceremony to commemorate the passage of the Alabama Manufactured Home Certificate of Title Act that passed in the 2009 Legislative Session. This new law will greatly increase the efficiency of the titling process of manufactured homes in Alabama, thereby reducing the servicer’s carrying costs.
