Robin Beardsley Mark Admitted Before US Supreme Court

Robin Beardsley Mark, an attorney with Sirote & Permutt was admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court on March 23, 2011 in Washington DC. Because of her admission, she can now appeal and argue a case before the highest court in the land.
Ms. Mark is experienced in the areas of mortgage banking, creditors' rights, bankruptcy and white collar criminal defense matters. She has assisted in representing individuals facing grand jury investigations, law enforcement investigations and state capital offenses. Notably, Ms. Mark represented a defendant in a widely publicized public corruption case arising from the Jefferson County Sewer Litigation. In addition to her white collar practice, she regularly represents businesses in civil litigation, including lender liability cases with a particular emphasis in lender liability in bankruptcy and class action law suits.
Ms. Mark earned her JD from Cumberland School of Law and her BA from The University of Alabama.
