Sirote Attorney Dan Burnick To Lead Social Networking CLE Course

Birmingham, Alabama – Daniel J. Burnick, a shareholder with the law firm of Sirote & Permutt, will lead a Continuing Legal Education course for the Birmingham Bar Association. Mr. Burnick will present “Social Networking for Attorneys – From Blogging to Tweeting.” Attendees of the brown-bag luncheon will learn how social networking impacts the legal profession, laws governing the growing industry, and how social networking can help lawyers and their clients grow their businesses. The CLE course will be held December 15 at the Birmingham Bar Center.

Mr. Burnick represents businesses and business owners in labor and employment matters, as well as insurance claims. He defends clients in matters ranging from complex workforce issues to employee management. Mr. Burnick has successfully litigated trials in both state and federal courts, such as workers’ compensation cases and class actions. Mr. Burnick is the publisher of AlabamaEmploymentLawBlog.com which was recently named as one of the top 100 employment law blogs in the country.
