Sirote & Permutt, PC attorneys John Baggette, Howard Neiswender and Joe Ritch have partnered with the Chamber of Commerce of Huntsville/Madison County to present an informative training seminar on upcoming tax law changes. Discussion topics will include business tax changes (including the Patient Protection and Affordability Care Act), estate law updates and individual income tax changes. The seminar will take place at the Chamber of Commerce building and will begin at 11:30 am on Oct. 29.

About Joe Ritch
Well-known throughout the region for his high profile work with the North Alabama Base Realignment and Closing Commission and its efforts on behalf of Redstone Arsenal, Ritch has an equally active career as an attorney in Sirote's Huntsville office, where he co-chairs the Government Contracting practice. Most recently, Ritch was nominated to serve on the Board of Directors of the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) by President Barack Obama. If confirmed, Ritch will become only the second Alabamian to be appointed to the Board in the TVA’s 79-year history.
