Sirote Expands Pensacola Office with Addition of Clifton Gavin

Sirote & Permutt is pleased to announce that Clifton D. Gavin, Esq. has joined the law firm. He is based in its Pensacola office and will practice in the firm’s mortgage litigation group.

Mr. Gavin offers extensive legal experience in commercial litigation and transactional law. His practice focuses on representing secured creditors, including national, regional and local mortgage lenders in addition to other secured creditors and servicers in consumer bankruptcy cases.

Mr. Gavin received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida College of Law, his Master of Public Administration from the University of West Florida and his Bachelor of Science cum laude from Florida State University.
