Sirote Welcomes Attorney Colin Dean

Sirote & Permutt is pleased to announce that Colin Dean has joined its law firm. Dean will practice in Sirote’s Litigation Group out of its Birmingham office. The Litigation Group is comprised of 23 attorneys.

Dean received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2011 where he was the recipient of the Hansford Student Service and Leadership Award, served on the Honor Court Defense Council and was an Ambassador for the Alabama School of Law. He was also an active member of the Bench and Bar Legal Honor Society and the Campbell Moot Court Board. Prior to his J.D., Dean received his B.S. in Public Relations from the University of Florida in 2008.

At Sirote, Dean handles general litigation matters, including business disputes and non-competition issues. Further, he assists clients with an array of mortgage and title issues including claims such as wrongful foreclosure, predatory lending and federal lending, credit, debt and real estate violations.
