Sirote's Gabig To Present At 2009 NASA/Army Systems And Software Forum

Sirote & Permutt attorney Jerome S. Gabig will appear as a program presenter at the 2009 NASA/Army Systems and Software Forum. The event will be held May 12-13 at the Morris Auditorium and Learning Center in Huntsville. Mr. Gabig will provide an analysis on government and industry intellectual property challenges.

Mr. Gabig practices in the area of Government Contracting. He represents a variety of international, national and local clients, advising them on matters involving contract formation and government protests. During his career, Mr. Gabig has practiced as an Air Force JAG Officer, where he served in several senior positions that involved the acquisition of weapons systems and information systems. As general counsel for Time Domain Corporation, he was active in the filing of more than 100 U.S. patent applications.

Mr. Gabig earned a BS from the United States Military Academy and acquired a Certificate of Special Studies in Management from Harvard University. He received his JD from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
