Sirote's Sklar & Ansley Coordinate Efforts to Bring Barons to Birmingham

Sirote & Permutt attorneys Brad Sklar, Tom Ansley, Crystal Holmes and Cheryl Oswalt worked with attorneys from four different firms to coordinate efforts to develop a baseball stadium in the City of Birmingham to be used by the Barons Baseball Team. The attorneys oversaw the final agreements for the property sales and land swaps with UAB for the portions of land where the baseball park will be built, and the $64 million loan agreement with BBVA Compass Bank and Citizens Trust Bank.
