Sirote Continues to Educate in Preparing Clients for the Economic Impact of Opportunity Zone Tax Incentives
Brad Sklar continued to educate the market by participating in Alabama Power's Developer Forum on Opportunity Zones. On November 13th, 2018, Brad participated in the “Deal Structuring and Legal Issues” panel to discuss his insights and experience in Opportunity Zone planning.
In February, Brad began writing about the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act as it relates to Opportunity Zones in Corporate & Tax Planning Today. In his latest post, key points are addressed concerning the new Proposed Regulations from the Treasury.
