Sam’s practice primarily focuses on providing general business and creditors’ rights services to businesses of all different sizes. Specifically, he advises consumer finance companies regarding compliance with federal and state laws, particularly federal privacy and identity theft laws. Additionally, Sam advises clients in commercial lending and commercial real estate transactions.
