Leigh concentrates her practice in estate planning and estate administration. She employs a full range of techniques to customize plans for her clients, from basic wills and trusts, to more sophisticated grantor retained annuity trusts, family-owned limited liability entities, life insurance trusts, and generation-skipping "dynasty" trusts. Leigh’s practice also involves administration of taxable and non-taxable estates and trusts, including counseling clients in post-mortem planning techniques and administrative obligations, as well as preparation of federal estate tax returns.

  • Assists families with proceedings in Probate Court, including guardianships, conservatorships and decedent’s estates
  • Drafts documents such as wills and trusts necessary to carry out clients’ estate plans
  • Works with families to develop charitable giving programs, including establishing charitable and tax exempt entities
  • Chaired and served on the faculty for numerous seminars dealing with probate and estate and gift taxation
