Benjamin represents clients in both corporate and litigation matters. His litigation practice primarily involves business issues, and he regularly litigates cases involving employment disputes, general and government contracts, and tort allegations. Benjamin has also represented public officers and elected officials in a variety of litigation matters. Outside of litigation, Benjamin assists clients in corporate matters such as the formation, acquisition, and sale of business entities.
