Shaun's practice covers all aspects of litigation and default but is heavily focused on the mortgage banking industry. He is a frequent speaker and author on mortgage-related issues. Shaun represents mortgagees and servicers in consumer fraud, predatory, and statutory violation claims including claims premised on TILA, FCRA, FDCPA, and RESPA. He also represents servicers and their investors in judicial foreclosure and related default actions. Shaun defends individual and class action cases in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts. He regularly counsels clients on various mortgage and land-related issues and represents clients in non-competition, partnership, and other business related disputes. Shaun serves as the Managing Partner of the firm's Fort Lauderdale office.
