Howard Neiswender Co-Authors "Inside the Minds: Estate Planning Client Strategies"
The law firm of Sirote & Permutt is pleased to announce that Howard Neiswender, estate and business planning attorney in the firm’s Birmingham office, recently co-authored the book Inside the Minds: Estate Planning Client Strategies, 2014 ed.
The book is currently available for purchase and provides an authoritative, insider’s perspective on using gifting and portability in estate plans to mitigate tax-related concerns. Neiswender shared knowledge he has garnered as a wealth planner with more than 25 years of experience working with businesses and individuals in the areas of advanced tax planning, estate planning, asset protection planning, business succession planning and charitable planning.

Neiswender is the former Head of Planning for a national wealth advisory firm and is a former Adjunct Professor in the University of Alabama School of Law’s LL.M in Taxation program. Neiswender has also been published in several national publications, such as Estate Planning magazine and the Million Dollar Round Table magazine, and is a co-author of the book International Estate Planning Strategies, published by Thomson Reuters.
