Sirote Attorney Howard Neiswender Will Speak at ASCPA Webinar
The law firm of Sirote & Permutt, P.C. is pleased to present a webinar series about tax legal issues for the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants (ASCPA).
In collaboration with the ASCPA, Howard Neiswender, an Estate & Tax Planning attorney, will present the topic, “Tips in Preparing Gift Tax Returns” on August 14, 2013. Neiswender will provide a comprehensive overview of the issues involved in properly completing an IRS Form 709.
