Sirote's Joey Ritchey Elected to Board of Directors for Leadership Shelby County
Sirote & Permutt attorney Joey Ritchey was recently elected to serve on the Board of Directors for Leadership Shelby County. A graduate of the 2008 Leadership Shelby County program, he just completed a two-year term as the president of the Leadership Shelby County Alumni Board. Ritchey will continue to serve on the Alumni Board.
Established in 1994, Leadership Shelby County provides an opportunity for individuals to gain exposure to the integral components of Shelby County. Programs days are developed to inform, inspire, and empower the current and future leaders of Shelby County. Leadership Shelby County unites people from various areas of the county and addresses issues from a county-wide perspective. Each Leadership Shelby County class of around 30 participants focuses on different topics affecting the county such as education, health care and economic development during a nine month program.
