Sirote & Permutt Receives the "2012 USFN Award of Excellence"
The law firm of Sirote & Permutt, PC is pleased to announce that the USFN has recognized the law firm with its 2012 Award of Excellence. Sirote & Permutt has received the award for 14 consecutive years.
The Award of Excellence is given annually to USFN member firms that meet rigorous standards which evaluate the firm’s professional activities, industry volunteerism, and community and charitable involvement. The award is the professional organization’s highest honor.
USFN, founded in 1988, is the nation’s oldest and most prestigious trade association of law firms and trustee companies that focus on creditors’ rights. The Award of Excellence program was initiated in 1993 to recognize and encourage member firms to develop and maintain high standards of excellence in service to industry clients and to their community.
Shareholder Jerry E. Held, who chairs Sirote’s Mortgage Banking Practice Group, said, “We are honored to receive the USFN Award of Excellence. It reflects our dedication to understanding our clients’ needs and expectations, and it highlights our focus on keeping abreast of issues affecting the mortgage industry.”
Sirote represents its clients in Alabama and Florida. The mortgage banking practice at Sirote features 30 attorneys, many of whom are regular speakers at industry conferences and at USFN quarterly seminars.
“Sirote is proud of our attorneys’ thorough understanding of the mortgage banking industry,” Held continued. “We have been active leaders in the industry’s trade associations and conferences for years.”
Held will receive the award at USFN’s Annual Member Education Retreat held in November.
